PROPERTY & ASSET MANAGEMENT
With over 40 years' experience, asset and property management has always been our core business.
Aramark Property is the largest dedicated property management company in Ireland. We have been providing clients with property and asset management services in the office, retail and residential sector for over 70 years.
To support our core property and asset management functions, we also have a building consultancy department, a professional services division (rent reviews and valuations) and a specialist procurement team. Within our business our property management team is also supported by other professionals including energy specialists, M&E engineers, HR, Legal, and Health & Safety advisors, development consultancy and sustainability services teams.
Aramark Property has over 140 employees operating throughout Ireland. We are currently responsible for the property and finance management of over 500 property schemes totalling over 3 million sq. m.. These schemes include high profile office blocks, shopping centres, industrial estates, retail parks, residential complexes and landmark mixed use schemes. Aramark manages an annual rent roll of c. €250m and procures more than €82m supplier services each year.
Our work in building consultancy includes concept design and space planning, project management of refurbishment and fit-out projects, commercial building surveys, lifecycle costing and reporting, statutory consents and compliance advice – planning, fire safety, disabled access, dilapidations.
Our professional services division offer a range of landlord and tenant advisory services with a highly experienced team. We have a deep understanding of current and emerging market conditions and can therefore offer services to include commercial rent review negotiation, RICS Red Book valuations and lease regears.

Aramark operates a quality management system that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015.
In addition our internal control procedures are subject to a rigorous annual evaluation of both their design and operating effectiveness, performed by Aramark Group Internal Audit Department

Aramark has a planned system of internal quality management system and the international standard ISO 9001:2015 and to determine whether the quality management system is effectively implemented and maintained.
The audit is an independent assessment of delivered standards.
